    Description:
    I found him on CSGOrumble.com, he wanted to buy it with Paypal but wouldn't go first.. Red-flag right there, I tried to get middle mans, but nothing was accomplished, So I went first ending in a shit result.

    LZ and SteamRep are unaffiliated with Steam themselves. I'm sorry to say, but the only way you'll get your M4 back from the accused is if they decide to trade it back to you themselves. Reports are typically not filed for the purpose of repair; they're created so no further damage can occur.
