    In my computer I didn't see the black background. Is it a new background or something wrong?

    I agree.
    For example, TheChoba has made nearly 10 posts each day, many of them have been new topics without any point.
    They don't even correct their spelling errors ("wbsite" instead of website), which indicates that they don't even care.
    The staff should use their punishement tools, like "The staff of gagging" or "The staff of eternal removal"
