Why hasn't this clip been posted on these forums yet?

I feel obliged to post this here since noone else has done before....
too bad not all of us can understand what this legend is saying.

the clip originates from a short documentary about an old quarter in the city Rotterdam made for the newspaper: "Het AD".

The clip got quite famous and was even aired on tv in a satiric program during prime time.
