Why Steam, why?

Had the same issue.

 

I'll just complain about the few things that are wrong;

-You have Windows 10.
-Why would you buy CS:GO now that we have TF:GO.
-Why would you play CS:GO in the first place?!
-Filthy Chrome casual.
-Internet explorer, you monster.
-Dafug are the other apps.
-You have silenced your laptop so that parents can't hear your porn.

 

I do feel the need to correct you:
- Windows 10, 10 ways to get you off your work flow.
- Internet Exploder: NOPE, its "Edge", internet explorer, but then officially not working by Microsoft.
- He silenced his laptop, to not hear YOU complain.

As to be on topic, this happens when:
- You didn't add funds for a certain time.
- You use a different payment method/account/card since last time.

I don't have that, for I use iDeal... its a dutch payment system from our banks, and its trusted more (can't charge it back etc) so funds are directly available...
