    Okay so apparently the 3 times I said I got paid back wasn't enough. I. GOT. PAID. BACK. And this better be the last time I have to confirm this, I was paid back over 2 months ago and have been dealing with this payback confirmation shit on just about every website affiliated with TF2 since.

    Appeals take quite a long time and there is lots of checking I have to do. I am working on it but I currently have very limited time to process reports/appeals.

    Refunding victims is a mandatory part of an appeal. It doesn't get you unbanned by itself.

    Of course, I already knew that. I asked them to post here that I really paid them back just because the form required it, I am not doing of that a form of guarantee to get me unbanned. Anyways, I only asked how was the "checking" going, because I haven't had any news here for 2 months

Due to all this I'm going to reject this appeal. You have scammed/attempted to scam too many times to be excused.
