    But I don't understand how she traded the second Yolbe...

    I traded her (i am 100% sure that it was her) and she gave me the hat. Afterwards I clicked on the same chat (again 100% sure that it was her) to give it back and she did receive the hat...

    Yolo did you trade the hat again?

    I couldn't have said it better myself, that's when shit went down and shit hit the fan. You should try to contact steam support and see if they would or could do anything, sadly that's about it. The impersonator will at least get his well deserved scammer tag and all the benefits that comes with the territory.
    Side note, it doesn't matter how sure you think you are unless you double check, that's the "point" with impersonation.
