    Here's how the events went down:

    1. "make anime great again!" sent me his bayonet case hardened FT.

    2. I told "buckteef with an f" to send "make anime great again!" the full $145 Paypal payment.

    3. "buckteef with an f" replied saying he sent it.

    4. I ask "make anime great again!" if he received the payment, he responds saying he only received $1.45.

    5. "buckteef with an f" says it was a mistake, that he's resending payment.

    6. "buckteef with an f" responds saying he resent it.

    7. "make anime great again!" says he still hasn't received the full payment.

    8. I then notice the the $1.45 mistake payment is missing from "buckteef with an f"'s payment history so I ask for the screenshot of it.

    9. I then ask "buckteef with an f" to download join.me so I can review his Paypal payment history.

    10. "buckteef with an f" declines saying he rather not download anything related to screensharing and changes the subject.

    11. "buckteef with an f" then links the $1.45 payment, and I realized he was definitely editing his payments. He changed a +$0.01 payment to -$1.45 but forgot to edit the "Payment received" below it to "Payment sent".

    12. I then asked "make anime great again!" to download join.me so I can see if he's actually received the payment, and he obliges.

    13. I then join his join.me session and have him refresh the page a few times to insure he didn't edit the page. The $145 payment was never received, as expected.

    14. I confronted "buckteef with an f" and he left the group chat.

    15. I then returned the knife to "make anime great again!".

    Final Notes:
    "buckteef with an f" has several other accounts, all of which are banned on SteamRep.
    From what I can gather he frequently scams others and then sells the skins to random people.
    He also made a fake cashrep group, which can be found below.

    To continue with this report I need the following:
    -screenshot(s) of the victims PayPal activity, showing all transactions from 30 days before the scam up until now. The URL should be visible in all shots.

    Remember:
    -all screenshots should be taken from the Steam client where possible.
    -when taking screenshots from the Client, the URL bar should be enabled.
    -all screenshots should not be edited in any way (blanking out of your account name is OK).
    -all screenshots should not be cropped in any way.
    -all screenshots should be upload directly to the forums using the "Upload a File" button.

    If you believe any of the evidence you are providing should not be publicly displayed, then please PC me with the evidence and a link to this report. You'll have 7 days to provide the expected evidence, thanks.
