Arena server purpose

    Tested a bit this morning.

    The "normal" class limits wrok, so a player can't take heavy or med in a 2v2, the dynamics doesn't for the moment( 3 pyro in a team of 4 players), but i think are not ready yet, so np.
    The afk manager wasn't working too, a guy "idled" 3 round still in the spawn and he wasn't moved in spects or kicked.
    We still have no first blood kritz for a combo (med + something), but i don't know if it's a server problem or a valve bug for arena.

    I tried all of the commands, the !scramble doesn't work for the moment, the other one are ok.

    we need a time limit for the end of the round too, otherwise the spy vs spy wars would take ages.

    Autoscramble doesn't work too.

    tonight i will swap the ip and port and report it here, all maps 2 and 2fort are running fine and they use that ip. Maybe that is the issue..

    pretty much if you see what you have seen before report it asap, because if this doesn't matter anything i dont have to change the ip anyway.

    tried a bit the new ip this morning, i managed to get 16 people in (8v8) and it was running awesomely, no lag at all.

    sm_scramble_delay - After a scramble has been initiated, this amount of seconds must pass before the scramble is executed. (5 secs)
    sm_scramble_minplayers - Minimum amount of players to be playing before the scramble can be selected (4 players)
    sm_scramble_percent - Minimum percent of people who should have voted before scramble will take effect (0.50)
    sm_scramble_strategy - Scramble algorithm that is to be used. (default 2) ) i suck at maths, so i don't know what this means XD)
    sm_scramble_timeleft - Minimum time left on the map. If less is remaining, the vote cannot start. (default 0)
    sm_scramble_timepassed - Minimum time which should have passed before the vote can be activated. (180 seconds)
    sm_scramble_words - Comma seperated list of words that will allow players to vote for scrambling (such as: !scramble, scramble, !teamscramble).
    sm_scramblenow - Scramble the teams.
    sm_scramblereset - Reset the scramble vote. Aborts a scramble if it's in progress and resets all player votes.

    We should add the time limit for each round, to avoid people not capping or spy v spy eternal wars.

    Other things to fix :

    Need to put the ratio of the RTV to 50 % at least.
    Need the time limit for capping the point in each round, elsehow the spy vs spy wars would last various minutes.
    Need to discover why the players who already own a class get froced to choose another if a new joiner choose that class and the class is full due to class limits.
    Reduce the wait for the first round, something like 10 seocnds would be ok.
