Yesterday, i had an encounter with a troll which made me even more negative towards the whole F2P thing.
A player spoke German, in which he promted with insultning the german player for being German, then i gave him a warning about the language. At which point he kept saying: "What's it to you F2P noob? I can just create a new account if anything happens".

... Ugh.

 

This is why I'd highly recommend to use the F2P auto kicker for some servers (like VSH 1)

 

ok just got back and read this haha (well actualy tl;dr) looks like sourcebans is going to get overloaded with 1 time accounts

 

Can we not ban their IP address? I know some people use dynamic IP's but might help.

ay least you got a nifty hat out of it :lol: ok not funny that realy sucks :s paying 20 bucks for the full game or 50 cents (yes i know 5€ is the minimum you can put in you wallet but you only have to make 1 purchase in the manco store to get the full version wich i think kinda sucks should just be "20 bucks full game" and "FTP standard weapons, nothing more"

 

ugh and now regulars are whining about admins not doing anything about the steamroll... what can we do? scramble every 15 friggin seconds? if you scramble you'll just swap it around so the score will balance out a bit :roll:

like i said before valve REALY needed to think this through more...it's like filling a good working woodshop with welders
