@WorkingClassHeroes, you need highly educated people to improve the efficience of your work, new inventions, etc.
Otherwise you wouldn't have that nice PC standing on your desk
and you wouldn't drive in a car, but maybe in a trolley ...

@(future) highly educated people, you need WorkingClassHeroes to create your ideas, because, first of all they are mostly more handy than you
and even if you were more handy, you still need WorkingClassHeroes for a large amount of production. Secondly they often have more practical solutions for things highly educated people hadn't take care of in theory.

Conclusion: WorkingClassHeroes and highly educated men need each other whether you like it or not. Even though they can be unpleasant (according to your opinion), you have to make the best out of it!

That is a not well thought idea ...
People who studied Latin are more capable to create structure in a text/noticing structures wheter it is in a text or with maths.
They also are more capable of noticing connections between languages which can be very useful when you are studying a language.
And a third point: As you are studying all those Latin vocabulary,
your brains are trained to remember more AND longer.

NB: If you regularly have an overdosis alcohol,
your Latin vocabulary won't work to remember mroe and longer. :D

I'm a collage drop out as well, and i've been working as a IT-er for the last 8 years.
So what does an education mean these days.
If you study to long, you are to old for some jobs because they have to pay you more, and in their minds you are just a pain in the ass. ;)

But we do need all kind of people.
I do need a windowcleaner, cause I hate to climb up the ladder and wash my windows on the first floor, I'dd rather lett a *Duxi* do it. ;)

But if you like it at school, why not try to make the best of it.
