Your PC wouldnt boot if your gfx card is broken :) (the biep sound is your gfx card telling you its working)
Check your temps, if its too hot in idle...maybe there is your problem. (there are programs for that if you cant see temps with nvidia software)
If this problem sticks around to long, try to reinstall your pc (most of the time faster and more efficient than looking days for a problem, that only gets half fixed)

What did you do with your old pc? If you think 1 hardware component is the problem, just put in an old one. Did the same with my previous computer.

Yeah definitely driver issues...first uninstall your driver in the hardware manager and then uninstall the device (right click button on the Hardware device)...reboot and install the new one.

Did you start from a clean install ?

Just ran it again, got an error message when i tried to do the image editing test.

But got this in the other 2 tests:

    Results:

Video encoding: 291 seconds with 37% average CPU usage.
    Video encoding: 2821 points.
Multitasking testing: 135 seconds with 22% average CPU usage.
    Multitasking testing: 1381 points.

Have you tried updating your other drivers Varsity?
