Well that's because before Japan attacked the US, there was no such thing as a World War. The "title" World War is "granted" afterwards. When all parties have signed peace already. They look at the war, see who were involved and name it. It's true that the start wasn't a world war. But that's simply because the VERY start was just 1 country vs 1 other. Then all the alliances kicked in when Germany invaded Poland. It's the same with the First WW. That purely happened because of the Belgiums really. They HAD to become independent from the Netherlands and they NEEDED to get Great Britain as a big brother to say that GB would guarantee the freedom of the Belgium people. Then almost 100 years later, Germany invades Belgium and oh crap... GB has to keep his promise and get all involved. Resulting in Great War. And as well all know, the first world war caused the second world war. So in theory, Belgium is responsible for both World Wars. God I love argues!

If you're not a Muslim or black he will welcome you with open arms. He doesn't hate foreigners in general, just specific groups.
