    Reflex: hire a big powersuply

    server ? naaah no problem ppl got old pc's and we can set our own pc's to server.

    utp ? just take the utp from ur home

    switches ? I got 1 for 24 slots and i think more ppl have switches.

    So you can build a trunk aswell..

    and a big power supply... ever seen ( 20 / 50 ) pc's runnin on 1 powersupply ? :p
