    What happened? Description:
    I wanted my ryba skins sell in value of 850 Euro I the money in real money need as I move these days but 14 hours later, I still have no money and my skins not back

    To continue with this report I need the following:
    - a screenshot(s) all chat between yourself and the accused.
    - a screenshot(s) of your inventory history, from the Steam client, showing all trades from 1 day before the scam up until now (with overlapping trades in the screenshots).
    - a screenshot(s) of your PayPal activity showing all transactions from a month before the scam, up until now.
    - the proper SteamRep blocks of both yourself and the accused.

    All screenshots should be:
    - not cropped in any way. They must always show the whole window of whatever you are taking a screenshot of.
    - not edited in any way. This includes drawing circles, arrows, etc. Blanking out of your Steam account name is OK.
    - taken from the Steam client where applicable.
    - showing the URL bar, this includes when taken from inside the Steam client or the browser.
    - uploaded to the forums here.

    You'll have 7 days to provide this evidence or the report will be archived.

    Usually this report would be archived due to the fact you don't have the chat. Chat is 100% required in cases like these. However, since the accused seems to "want to talk" I will leave this open. After your conversation with him please upload screenshots of your chat with him to the forums and I'll see what I can do. TXT files of chat are unacceptable; they must be screenshots.
