My Minicity, help it grow!

Weird it doesnt work for me

come on our minicity doesn't even have as many inhabitants as the town i live in and that's saying something :doubt:

So am I but we only get 3 new ppl every day so I guess its just us?

 

Well the last 2 days I have been into SImCity 3000, and ofcourse my city name is Lethal-Zone City (really kills the news pannel, what a name ).

Anyway I am kinda growing so large, people want more zones and theres barely any room left. And they keep whining about taxes while all taxes are on 2 (and I'm making a lil profit ^^).

If anyone knows this game can they please explain:
- Why I keep getting offers to buy my garbage, while I have a lot of waste-to-energy processing things and recycling centres, some of which are not even processing garbage yet.
- Why do I keep getting offered deals to sell water to me? I have a lot of pumping stations, water towers, salt-water-processingthingies, and the normal water-refressing-thingies. Most are not even at their maximum capability (some have lower due to aging, but still they arent working all the could).

Anyway GET THOSE UFO's OUT OF MY CITY! :evil:

 

Be sure to have some extra's but don't overdue it, not on watersupply or garbage disposal facilities.

The reason why you get offfers, cause you are linked to other zones/cities, via the roads to the outsides of the map.
Those other cities want there city and economy to grow to, and you can trade your surplus goods and services to other communities/cites..

Damn, long time since I played those simcity games, think of re-installing some sim games myself again, and I don't mean THE SIMS, cause that is already on my pc, for my girls....

 

I know why, I'm connected at least 2 times with every city in every way (only 2 cities, cause 2 edges are ocean. With everything I mean water, subway, train, road, highway, electricity, etc).

I have to overdo my water system cause you need something to pump water through everything, pipes provide water over non-populated areas a long way but I've seen waterpressure fall away once I populated it. Hint: houses near lakes or on hills get higher land values cause sims like the scenery. Build some lakes or hills in your city, and use the water for pumping or hill for houses. I personally prefer lakes.

Back to the offers, they keep offereing me stuff but I do not need it. They used to ask me to sell stuff to them, and I just blindly accepted every change, and at one time I saw I had just signed a deal to BUY water. I have more then enough, so stop offering -.-

Does anyone have a hint for high-tech jobs? They keep askiong for it, I've got all petitions and ordinances and stuff for pro-tech, and a lot of industrial and business zone. No air polluting industries anymore, bu they still keep asking, even when the zone-need is displayed as rather low.

the point is that when you click with a lot of people every day systematicly, you will see a little picture of a city that grows with every click. And yea its pointless but somehow its a must XD

 

i clicked at lz city but i realy dont see the point in this game xD you cant go run at sombody with a big ass minigun in your hand to shoot people to pieces so i dont think ill like it haha

 

does the city ever change? because everytime i click on it it looks the same
