Prophunt, Hide and Seek mod for TF2

So, is it any good? Like playing prophunt?

    Didn't even consider the GM stats. ;)


    Why?
    1) We have our own stats
    2) Why advertise for other Gaming Communities? (You may have noticed I altered their ingame ads as well)

    Having local stats for the game means that players can rank up more easy by playing on LZ. There are less people to fight against since all the other Prophunt server probably use the GM stats for this.

    But since the Prophunt stats are build in it might be very well possible that its still active. I only modified the URL to it and replaced it by our stats.

    i think the plugin is fucked...
    now half the props are invisible, and mine couldn't jump anymore (and i was invisable i was said)

    Have been busy with other stuff but if its still not fixed I will look into it. Latest version is 1.74 so lots must have changed since the 1.66 version.

    Just to let you know... Prophunt has been updated to version 1.78 (some time ago).
    Version 1.79 is expected soon.

    Plugin modifications:
    - changed advertisment to Lethal-Zone
    - changed pyro shotgun clip from 2 to 4

    Changelog:
    1.78: (04/07/2010)

    Added ph_adtext - Default: GamingMasters.co.uk - setting "" disables advertisements
    Removed PH Rush Support
    Increased syringe gun self-damage to 4
    Changed the "Disguised as..." message so it uses "Clean" names which are defined in data/prophunt/propnames.txt
    Added a ResetCvars Routine that attempts to reverse the changes that PropHunt makes when it starts (It resets the cvars to their default), making it usable in conjunction with other mods/stock gameplay.
    Disabled Shadows on props
    Increased the rocket launchers and minigun to 75% damage
    Increased BackBurner and Pyro Shotgun to 85% damage
    PropLock will now be disabled when you attempt to strafe left or right
    Last-Prop Jarate now only lasts 15 seconds
    Engineer buildings are no longer solid
    If RunTeamLogic is not present the plugin will no longer failstate.

    why increase the damage done by weapons? isnt it hard enough to be a prop against a minigun?

    well normally when you join the game it says "welcome to lethal-zone" bla bla bla..

    thats the change, we normally change that to our likings, since making advertisements for another community is a bit silly..

    well it would be very nice right? and ehm maybe we could take out ph_headquarters? i realy dislike it,
    not enough clever hiding places etc, its just a medium sized room and just about the same concept as ph_warehouse

    i want my perm jarate back as last prop :( 80% is 6VS1 NO way to win so i always hide for 2 min. :roll:

    well, it was 5vs1, and there wasn't a jarate effect on them. but when I had killed them all, they all bullied me and accused my of hacks :( they didn't like it I think xD

    So Jarate is still in but not permanent.

    Can be changed in the source if we would like to.

    We might change this to 30 seconds or so.
    Personally I hated the Jarate so I wont miss it but if we have many players asking for it I might consider changing it ;)

    yeay my map is still(here) Beta 1 wiiii (lol) (ph_range_B1/ i need to chance the cfg of it and updating it!)

    Hmm... I forgot to mention we're running 1.7.12... ah well.... we're now running the IMPROVED version 1.7.12 which is no longer showing the hats so.... have fun again.

    Note: The author hasn't updated his plugin yet. Psychonic from the AlliedModders forum post a way to fix it in the sourcecode.
    Applied it, recompiled it and tested it.... Did'nt see a hat so I hope its fixed.

    alltough i'm on a short brake i just want to add the prophunt plugin on AM2 has the same hat problem :)
