There is probably very few this doesn't apply to. I never met they guy, i barely know anything about him. I don't buy his products, i never gave it a second thought when he died, except the jokes me and my mates have bandied about. Thousands of nameless unknown people die every day without so much as an RIP from any of us...
How in any way am I dictating law? Just expressing my opinion that's all. And Alias, I'm sure that if you'd ever do something good for this world, you'd be remembered as well. In my opinion it's better to remain silent instead of showing that you don't care. Sure lots of people die every day. And we express our sadness for those who were special to us. This can either be because it was family or a friend, or because the person did great things and changed the way you live your life today. RIP should stay on the gravestones of cartoons, but should be kept away from any serious topic about someone's death. IN MY OPINION. If you have a different one, feel free to have it. It's not my intention to change yours, it's just how I feel and I respect the way you feel, as long as you return the favour.
I care, that's why I typed RIP. I could have typed out a complete speech, but would that have mattered? If you have an alternate saying, to imply that someones death is of some significance to you, please enlighten me.
