Shroobus joined us and with his vote, we shall be Team Panromir! So if nobody has any objection, i'll sign up our team. But this doesn't mean others cannot join afterwards till the 20th (I assume by reading the team sign ups). For practice we can use an empty AM server unless snel wants to provide another server for us

yes, but I think they are Password-secured and maybe the war team(s) doesn´t want players who normally don´t have permission to join, come to these servers. And I think our enemy team will be mostly friends of "Team Panromir" Maybe even from other Clans like I got a FC friend who I might want to ask. But if you or Snel want to give us a server, that would be grate

I think we gotta first wait until the registrations are finished (20th June). Maybe then when we get our dates of the fights we could start with training, but I am up for everything.

Sign up has ended. Small inof here, pls read it: Spoiler The signups will close at midnight tonight, at which point we will stop accepting any teams that sign up. Team leaders should join the RSP EU and NA leaders groups on Steam, if they haven't already. Info on that and the groups themselves can be found HERE. Match Schedules: We're keeping EU and NA seperate, for obvious reasons. The 40 or so teams from each continent will be split into pools. These pools will then compete together, with the winner moving on to the next stage of the tournament. A proper schedule will be posted later here on this subreddit. You will be able to see your pool and the teams that you'll be competing against. How the tournament/match days will work: Leaders; on your match day, you will be required to be in the Steam chat room of the EU or NA leaders group, that you should already be a member of, in order to compete. Teams that do not do this won't be able to compete in the tournament. However, we will consider creating a second, smaller version of the tournament for people who were late or couldn't participate for other reasons, with a smaller prize pool. Alternatively, we could shuffle the pools around in order to let these teams compete as normal at a later date. This all depends entirely on how many teams don't attend or don't follow the rules. As well as the Steam group chat, leaders and their teams are advised to join our Mumble server in order to communicate with eachother. While Steam chat and in-game chat are okay, they're hardly ideal. We're providing you with use of our 100+ slot mumble on the match day in order to be able to properly enjoy the tournament and communicate with your team. Of course, teams don't have to join this if they have their own communication server that they would prefer to use, or simply don't want to use it. The Mumble server details will be posted along with the match schedule. Rules/maps update: We will also be releasing a revised version of the rules (including new changes to the item whitelist), as well as an updated map list. If community maps are to be used, a download link will be provided in that update. How you can help: If you're a team that has your own server that you can use for this tournament, we'd like to know about it! While we can provide a certain number of servers for teams, each match day will go a lot smoother if some of you had your own, too. REMEMBER: Your server will need to be yours to use for several hours on the match day, not just one match. This will help us to organise the groups/pools more efficiently, too. So let us know in the comments below if you have one that you can use. Several teams have offered to donate their servers to us for a day or two for the tournament. That's a great help to us, A) because it means we're not spending all of our hard-earned hat money on servers, and B) because it means we can have more games happening on the match days simultaneously, which will mean the tournament can progress faster.
