If they are snipers too, it's maybe because they can't hit you x). 100ms is kinda big in fact, on most of servers i'm <30ms.
Exactly because I have my mouse at 3500 dpi and 3 sensitivity in game and about 4 out of 5 of my sniper kills are headshots
I play with about 32cm/360 for scout, but I have less (so faster) for the other classes. It's personal preference really, however scouts are known for the insane low senses. There was a div1 guy playing with 50cm/360 and actually owning.
I play with 45cm/360 with every class and have played with the same sensitivity in CSS for about 5 years. I really don't recommend changing your sensitivity. Just stick with what you're used to. In the end sensitivity is just preference anyway, no need to change what you prefer if you don't have to right?
I know sensitivity is personal preference, but high sensitivity doesn't work as well IMO. I used to use a really high sensitivity (like 6/7 in game), then one day i spoke to qball and he told me he had a low sensitivity, it was the best thing i ever did; my game improved hugely.
Scouts/snipers use low sens due to the accuracy it has. You can be more accurate this way. Soldiers use high sens since they need it for the quick reaction to airshot/counter a scout on your medic. But it wouldn't surprise me if there are scouts with high sens and soldiers with low. As long as you hit your target, there is no problem imo.
Yeah, last time I saw him on stv, he looked like being struggling to turn 45° x) (joke). I think he's using lower sense than mine.
+1 ;D Training against bots makes no sense, to get skill you got to die again and again vs other people
You can force the bots to strafe randomly. I play tr_aim and tr_aim_training once in a while. If you're going for aim training(what sniper is all about) these 2 are the best.
Got like 100 hours as sniper and i've found the best way to do a headshot for 150 damage would be to aim for a split second after straithing with the aimer not moving at all then shoot when it lines with their head For moving targets imagine where their head will be a second before they get there then shoot when the head lines up with your aim P.S to help keep your aimer straight - Claw grip and squeeze rather than clicking to shoot! Practice, Practice, Practice!
Why you always talk about me like a good sniper. After I disabled mouse acceleration I can't hit anything.
