The set is the new Sniper hat + Huntsman. No effect on gameplay. The Box... no idea. Doesn't even have a graphic yet.
You can easily adjust the view models in options, I can't believe anyone plays at the standard weapon size, since demoman's are just too big.. (inb4 That's what she said)
but still it sucks haha first thing i noticed was the pan in reversed state and holding it realy weird (but this will get fixed soon don't wory)
Soon? VALVe? Anyway, there is already a community fix for the pan: http://tf2mods.net/mod.php?id=428. (from the same day as the pan got updated)

And with that, in regards to our server should we warn to the log file, restart , or go to nextmap (which doesn't really work for us since we use umc map chooser for that) i would say "warn to log file" to start with.
