Nice changes indeed. Quake hitsounds in my tf2! Never was, 1 rocket to the feet, 1 shotgun to the chest. The only person that was unable to deal with this was the normal demoman. And he shouldn't be alone anyway. Also http://www.teamfortress.com/contribute/
yey no more noob airshots WOOT WOOT and yep think the shield is more balanced this way cause it was near to imposible to kill a demo (4+ heads was TO overpowerd)

Especially as Pyro, since they always had the politeness to charge straight into my Flamethrower range. Compression Blast to counter the charge, ignite and give 'em a good wacking with my trusty axe. The new Medic tauntkill is rather weird... kinda like a slow version of the Huntsman one, but it's instakill and gives +50% Übercharge. Also thank god for the DH fix. Annoyed me long enough that I die just because I jumped into a DH-Rocket.
DH fix is great, and it actually would be cool to see two soldiers work in pairs this way, one with the regular launcher to launch em up, and the second one to minicrit them to death... And agreed with pim/cauch, targe demos never were such a problem if you know how to deal with them.
True, soldiers still had there shotgun to save them, but the demo using stickie launcher was rather helpless against them. Me & my ubersaw had a lovely time though with all those ninjas
it's like broodje say's... if you are a normal demoman and you encounter a targe-demo, 8/10 you loose... cause when normal demo, you dont have anything that can cause enough damage.. and yeah, a targe-demo is idd very vulnerable to any gun that uses normal bullets; heavy, soldier shotgun, scout's sawded off or fan, engi shottie,...
but lets face it that demo sword... oooh people with it are so overconfident, last time i was heavy sombody actualy tried to face me in a melee battle! just a few basic rules! scouts stay away from pyro's nobody tries to melee with the heavy demo's should stick with their little kaboomy's and not with running at people with swords xD And oh yes spy's shouldnt wear heavy disguises... those are my basic rules
if you have shield and sword, hit a heavy 2 times with a gren and charge and hit the heavy with your sword at the end of your run, he's always looses his head if you hit him... and a spy always melee kills a heavy
yeh thats treu about the spy aldo i dont consider backstab to be a melee attack mmmm i dont know why but it just doesnt belong in the list. ooh and i killed MANY demo's who came running at me like a idiot, and you will be dead anyway if you come so very close to the minigun
I went fist only heavy for a round or 2 on 2fort, and I somehow got 2nd on the board. I laughed heartily.
maybe most of your team ragequit before the round ended ^^ hahahaha :lol: before the update i got killing spree's with demo ranging up to 20 kills (personal record = 16 heads)
