hmmmm... If you took the time the listen to the dev's commentary on TF2, it's sad to realize how they put a lot of effort in character and world design to make TF2 highly enjoyable and coherent, and how now they are just ruining all this work. Getting new weapons / skins is good, but hell, not so often ! I still don't have some of the polycount update x_X

Ffs Valve >_> Releasing promotional weapons as new models for unlockables, instead of the stock weapons. Until this ridiculous promo, I managed to get them all, some of which I'll never use because they're just plain caps that nobody prefers over a hat or vanilla weapons that are deprecated by an unlock. Not the mention the game is more or less a "stranger" and overpriced for such promo. Now all spoiled Pyros with rich parents will be running around with that :|

Backburner - Removed the restriction on airblast - Ammo cost increased 150% (4 blasts at full ammo) so it's an upgraded flametrower?? and hope the increased ammo cost effects ALL the weapons, now it's just spam spam spam untill he dies...
I think they should just think of some other alt fire for the Backburner because it's like kickzebukkit says, even though it has an increased ammo cost, it's still an upgraded flamethrower in the right hands
It's a plain upgrade now. A skilled pyro doesn't need to spam it and knows where to get his ammo. No need for the regular one any more in the Beta. Only fools use it there. And the increase is only for the Backburner.
wonder when they going to balance it so the "old" weapons are going to be usefull again E.G. shovel/pan, bonesaw and the axe (faster hit doesn't realy matter imo) and why doesn't the loch n load do any splashdamage??? when you hit somebody point blank you get hit, when you shoot a wall nothing happens... it's a total downgrade
I used the new lock and load in the beta and it's really awesome there. 1 hitting scouts and snipers is an awesome thing. With some practice you should be able to get a 7/10 accuracy because it goes faster. Than you can beast with it.
only miss the splashdamage ^^ would be far more effective for sentry's haha and BB should also get an airblast but maybe ONLY to put out burning team mates (find this a big handicap)
FINALLY thundermountain might be somewhat balanced when cart is at the tower. Was so easy for dual scout to just pump the cart up to top.
