My crossbow is now vintage, but my shortstop is not, while the cost of that weapon decreased too... Well, it's not tradable anyway so it doesn't matter... But it's a nice update, now you don't have to go on the interwebz to find recepies...
*started crafting all sorts of cool stuff* *crafts the katana* *notices I can't use it * was..i mean is there a plugin installed to ban the katana due it used to crash the server?
The blogpost: I think this is a great idea of valve! even though I normally am against buying stuff from the store, I've decided to buy some of the stuff to support japan!
I will buy it anyway to support glorious Nippon I wonder if anyone is really going to buy the 99 dollar one
I bet a few thousand will do it, some for Japan, other because it will be one of the more rare items they can sell for 1000000 refines, or what ever they ask for it.
Probably, those hat collector fanatics will be the ones to buy it. It's just that I don't even like the model of the $99 hat at all
you can't trade it. there are already a lot of persons who bought the 100 bucks hat already but remember you're buying for a good cause, for charity!
You should be motivated to donate to charity from the inside. The definition of charity is that you give without receiving. This isn't charity anymore and if people need some pixels to give then I think less then half of them are actually caring. (No I didn't buy, the only good charity cause is myself 8) )
think about the humble indie pack then, where you can pay what you want for the games and the money will go to the charity and devs. some don't give crap about the charities and just want to play the games and give around 1p while others give a lot bigger amount. this is basically the same, it's a fundraiser for a good cause.
It wont be gift wrappable, much like golden wrenches, dueling badges, medals etc.(i can only hope so, otherwise it will just turn into a hugely profitable item)
