TF2 Beta / Updated for comp play?

    As far as I know they aren't old rasta members but the old YYT.AMD clan, they dropped there sponsership IIRC. And Matt used to be Imperial indeed.

    Unconfirmed but suspected changes as given by a playtester.
    Love the new trade-off on the sandman, makes it way more balanced imo. The Gloves give heavy so much more uses in pushmaps since mobility is so important there, same goes for the wrench.

    don't like the spy suit xD but about those fists what is the downside? no increased damage? so same damage as the other 2? I don't get it :S
    rest sounds nice.

    a good initiave which can only be supported, much like the crit disabler on the servers which i find also very usefull. More balancing can only be cheered upon and the changes will surely reflect upon the overall gamestyle in wars.

    You can shoot with fists out, so if an enemy pops up you will be shot atleast 1 time.

    Technically you can shoot with the kill taunt, but you are right I meant can't.

    I always run mith me shotgun or gloves out so that wouldnt be a prob

    Giving up your revolver is a HUGE deal, since you can only backstab people now and you do not have your ACTIVE anti-pyro weapon only a PASSIVE one. Still have to see how this works out.

    Well I don't play spy very often so don't really care about those, but the rest looks great. Looking forward to it when it comes out :D

    The spy suit has a big setback indeed, but if it fits your style it is useful. However I wouldnt like to any anti-pyro stuff for the spy, since the pyro is and should remain one of the strongest classes versus the spy.

    The heavy fists change soudns interesting, but I would recommend demoman speed (which was about 90 percent?). Spies also have pyro walking speed, 100%, and I do think you should be able to catch up (a little) on a heavy as spy. He may not carry a 150kg gun anymore but he's still fat :p

    I'd like to hear more about the stun change of the sandman. Maybe only a stun when you hit the head, and otherwise damage? This makes it more of a skill to master. Anyway I hope the good ones pass the beta soon, and that we may experience the changes on our own pub servers as well.

    Well the spy suit is kinda like the razorback, 1 time free-jail card, in a specific situation. Mostly aimed towards those that are "new" to the class.
    And if the scout only has 95 hp when he has the sandman, that means that if you are a class that a scout should be at an disadvantage at, eg soldier, you only have to shoot him once before he does.

    If these changes are being implemented in general then i'm hoping they are being thoroughly tested in a pub environment aswell. I really can't agree with the Heavy changes, as it is the class is already too strong on pubs. The scout is a very powerful class atm aswell, the changes listed here being incomplete makes it hard to judge how that'll work out. I'm also not a fan of the spy changes significantly reducing the threat from their main counter the pyro. Sure they lose the revolver but still, maybe i'd be ok with it if facestabs were a definate thing of the past.

    The rest of the proposed class changes are nice to have. Imo if they did a slight hp nerf for the Heavy and a slight damage nerf for the scout pub play would be fine. I wouldn't be surprised if competitive play needs more changes but they could make a separate mode for that or something. Comp tf2 play is a joke anyway.

    i agree with whis heavy is allready kinda strong (can't realy call it overpowerd i suppose) smaal HP nerf would be nice cause i think 450 hp (with overheal) is kinda much i hope some of the change's hit the public TF2
