    My name is Thomas Reeves, and I live in a small village in the UK

    - Why do you want to become a Lethal-Zone trade admin?
    Because I want to make sure servers are kept going, People have fun and the trading community stays strong!

    - In what way can you help us?
    I will help you by making sure peace is being kept on servers, and making sure troublemakers get banned. (When the time is right)

    - What is your main account?
    My main account is Tom Reeves.
    Something has gone wrong with my computer, and I can't view HLstats properly. I will repost when it is fixed!

    - List all your other accounts (if any):
    N/A

    - Do you know how to use SteamRep and how to report there?
    No, but I will look into this.

    - Are you capable of being a team player and complete tasks when they are given to you?
    I play team fortress 2 to be a team player. It's in the title! I can complete tasks when set and I finish them A.S.A.P

    - How much time do you spend on our servers and how much time can you "donate" to the admin chores?
    I am usually on the servers at weekends, maybe midweek every now and then.

    - Have you got any previous admin experience?
    No, this will be new for me.

    - Want to help out as a map maker? -if so then please provide some examples of what you have done (include: screenshots, descriptions and links).
    Never made a map in my life.

    - Can you make plugins? -if so then please provide some examples of what you have done (include: screenshots, descriptions and links).
    Same as above, Never made one in my life. Mostly because I have no imagination or software.

    - What would you want to specialize/concentrate on?
    Making sure peace being kept, troublemakers get punished and everyone has fun.

    - Why should we select you?
    Because, if you select me, I will do everything in my power to make sure everything is in order, and everyone is enjoying themselves.

    This might sound strange, but I thought it would be useful if you knew about to aid with your decision.
    I have been diagnosed with a little thing called Asperger's syndrome, but only slightly. If you don't know what it is, I will explain:

    Asperger's syndrome is a small form of autism which, to simplify, means that the person is quite smart, but has issues with anger.
    I suffer from this only slightly, and have had 'anger management' lessons to combat this, so I am damn near perfect, but will still retaliate if annoyed enough.

    Labels like autism is quite dangerous. Some might feel confined into that set of behavior patterns, feeling content with just being what your supposed to be. But ultimately a label such as autism is trivial, it gives you certain hindrances and advantages. Once you realize that you can change you core personality, you will feel a sense of independence, a broken chain.

    You and everyone around you have the power to change who they are, if you believe otherwise take a look at how you've grown in the past years. All aspects of your surroundings change who you are in the smallest of manners, but like water. Slowly over time i breaks even the hardest of rocks. I encourage you to not label your self as autistic, its only a problem if you think it is.

    I my self have autism, yet over time i changed who i was, till who i am today. If you check my posting history you can see a evolution in biggest of things, yet hides as the most trivial of things, the way i type. Every day we confine our self into roles of situations, a set of behavioral patterns set by society to be deemed normal in that situation. Calling the ambulance upon seeing a injured person.

    Once you identify those roles, you gain control over you reactions, instead of being freaked out. You remain calm and collected, you see a solution rather than being awe struck by the problem. If you apply the same principal of identification you gain power, the world is at your feet. We're always evolving our personalities, how about taking a bit of control?

    You might wanna read up on Asperger's again. If, in your case, it means that you have these problems, doesn't mean it generally does.
    Most importantly there is no reason to believe that Aspergers makes the person who has it any smarter than an average person.

    Either way it's nice of you to actually mention a downside of your personality here in you application. Of course the anger issues will be considered, but you made the investigation easier and I'd say that makes it a plus.
    If your anger does turn out to be an issue though, of course we cant just allow you in.

    Anyway, we will see!

    Thank you Panromir. Thank you Skeletor. Thank you, all head admins especially, for even considering me. The first time I logged onto a Lethal-Zone.eu server (It was trade_piazza) I had always wanted to be an admin.

    If you do consider me to be 'Admin worthy' I will try my best to make sure everyone is happy, help new traders and altogether, just have a great time. Again, with the anger issues, there might be a point where I might 'lash out' at people, but again, I am getting good at stopping at that stage.

    Your application has been rejected. If you want you can apply again at a later date however don't just copy-paste the old application, write a completely new one.

    This application is rejected due to low trade experience. You need to know your way around every corner better and also be able to use other sites and "services" for possible upcoming reports and such.
