    Question:

If a spy is invisible and he jumps on Saxton, counts this as a goomba stomp?

If you mean the trick which allows HHH to instatele with trigger_hurts (like pits that hurt and such), then with the option B I posted in my previous post (which I hope to sound good to you too, dear Snel), I don't see how it would make things worse for other players, since at the moment "HHH teles to you = you're pretty much dead," but if there would be some way to get my suggestion B in VSH, people would have a way to avoid the instatele in the same way as normal/"legit" teles, making those who play with HHH to stop or atleast use the trick less, because with the option B, getting a kill with each tele would not be anymore guaranteed, thus making the trick less fatal for other players.

This reminds me: HHH too gets a short "stun" on himself when he teles, keeping him from using his axe right away, right? Again, with option B, players could use this time to counter HHH's tele since he wouldn't be stuck to a player anymore.

Another option to decrease the amount of instateles and instajumps would be to set minimum trigger_hurt amount to around 1000HP per "tick" or each time the trigger_hurt deals dmg to bosses. This would make using the instateles and jumps be rather bad idea if they're abused too much.

Third option would be to modify every map so that when a boss drops to a pit, instead of getting instatele or -jump, they would be teleported to a random location, like when you wall in to the water as a boss at Oilrig.

    What do you guys think?

Yeah, I know, but it just happens, especially if one same Scout wastes almost 10 minutes of maptime by running away and hiding, round after round and map after map. It happens too, and in those kind of situations people get frustrated. Forgive me, I'm a human. =C

PS: Using spoilers is fun. =D
OK I'll stop using 'em after this post.

I don't pike the idea of modifying every single map that has a pit in it. A good hale should know how to quickly get out of a pit! About that little "trick" to get an instant teleport, I don't really see players doing it. Even if they do they will lose a certain amount of hp depending of the map, and as always: calladmin, warn, slap, slay, boom hhhj lost. If they comeback and start defying the admin then comes kick, ban.

btw, I like option B as well, but we'll need to ask the vsh modder to get it implemented.

Indeed, modifying EVERY map to tele the bosses to random location would be a HUGE job, unless we gather a team to do the job, say 3-5 persons. But I still think it might be easier to make the idea I suggested a few posts ago (on page 4 of this thread):

Apparently people think it's possibly the best idea if we are to change HHH's teleport to prevent players getting stuck with HHH and thus make it a bit more balanced.
