Rejected Waffle's Trade Admin Application

- Who are you?
Name's Ruben, 26 years and living near the capital of Belgium with my beautiful girlfriend. Apart from having a full-time job as nurse/radiologist I love gaming in my spare time. I mainly play Team Fortress 2 but also spend a lot of time playing indie & puzzle games. I'm also active in a metal band in which I play guitar. Music occupies apart from gaming a huge part of my life.

- Why do you want to become a Lethal-Zone trade admin?
The past year I've spent a lot of time on the L-Z trade server wherein I did a lot of trades and got to know a few nice people. I'm a helpful person who is prepared to help other players/traders who aren't very familiar with the world of trading in tf2 (or CS:GO for that matter). I've helped quite a few people who had questions about trading (should I do it y/n?) and gave advice into how the tf2 economy really works (backpack.tf/crafting & craft#'s/outpost/buds and keys as a way of currency etc.) The fact that I can serve as 'watcher' over a trade server that gets a lot of visitors a day gives me a chance to improve myself and make me useful to the community, as well as improve the overall quality of the server for people that want to do clean & fair trades. By keeping out the sharking scum I can help this community by bringing justice to those who break the rules and helping those in need of help advance so they can get an overall better gaming/trading experience.

- In what way can you help us?
I am an experienced trader who knows his way around the tf2 economy. I've been into trading in tf2 since 2010 and have watched it grow ever since, as well as following up any new update concerning TF2. I know how to find users to report them (if necessary) or to find out what has gone wrong should there be a complaint about a visitor.

- Do you know how to use SteamRep and how to report there?
Yes. I know how to check steam users on SR and know my way around the forums. Apart from the fact that the report didn't pass, I did warn the owner of the original profile.


- Are you capable of being a team player and complete tasks when they are given to you?
Absolutely.

- How much time do you spend on our servers and how much time can you "donate" to the admin chores?
I visit the L-Z trade server multiple times a day/week and I have a lot of time in the weekends. On average I spend around 2-3 hours on weekdays and 5-6 on the weekends (per day). I'm very certain I can put at least 70% of that time into doing admin chores.

I have not.

I have no experience in mapmaking.

- Can you make plugins? -if so then please provide some examples of what you have done (include: screenshots, descriptions and links).
I can not. I would love to get started to learn C++ anytime soon.

- What would you want to specialize/concentrate on?
Helping others with trading and getting familiar with the economy revolving around it. Answer questions if there are any to help them advance and get players the items they would like to add to their backpack in a fair and honest way. Taking care of any injustice happening on the server and reporting scams/spycrab runners/sharks etc. on steamrep as well as helping users report their problems on steam to Valve. Overall to help users to have a fun & good trading experience while being on the L-Z community and help them with any problem that comes on their way.

- Why should we select you?
I am an experienced, honest & fair trader with a clean sheet. I know how to work in a team, and will follow any orders concerning adminship when given. I want to prove myself to be capable of being a trade admin and help this community grow.
