Same goes for me, but that's just the way steam works I guess. Don't forget that steam uses KB/s IIRC and your internet is show as Mb/s, note the small and big B. Wich means 1000KB/s (1MB/s) is the max you can get with an internet speed of 8 Mb/s. Since 1 Byte is 8 bit's.

wondering why the world never downloads from steam when i do, because i'm always getting at least 1.5 MB/sec up to 2.6. My record is now at 3.4MB/sec actually. Not really sure how...
