    Well at least it's honourable work she's doing there. And with Skype and stuff these days, it's much easier to stay in contact.

    When my grandparents had just married, my granddad was sent to fight in Indonesia. Now that was hard. Letters took about 2 weeks to arrive. Think about that. ;)

    Back in the old days I couldn't even write letters, because I wasn't born yet! now that was hard. Took nine months and liek 4 years before I could even write my own name! Think about that. ;)

    She went to an Island, called "Licoma": the internet there isn't fast enough to skype and we tried to call yesterday, but I instantly reached her vociemail over and over again... issue with the provider. Letters take about three weeks to arrive, both in and out. :(
