Which one did you have before ? I'm personally not really fond of Razer, it always seems cheap :s, maybe it changed since the first mice they released.
I am glad I never have to use Logitech again now that I have Razer. I like my Razer mouse so much that I have two of them
I hope it's as good as you seem to say it is. I remember when I went to cybercafés when I was younger, there were only copperheads... I didnt like them, cheap glossy plastics with loads of finger prints, diameter of the wire ~1mm. I thought I'd break the mouse just by holding it... Btw, which one do you have Duck ? edit: most (if not all) of Razer mice dont have weight cartridge so they are way too light for me
Yeah I don't like the old copperhead either. I have two deathadders. I have to say that my hand is really used to the deathadder's shape by now. Any non deathadder mouse feels weird and bad, including other Razer mice. I don't like weight cartridges so I don't see that as a downside of Razer mice. I used to have a Logitech MX518. It has a similar shape to the Logitech G-series but I gave it away after I bought my deathadder. The mouse specs and weight were fine but I do not like the shape
Just connected my imperator. Had copperhead before but left mouse button broke. This one looks anything but cheap btw, fucking fancy.
Me too I bought the G500 just before the Highlander started for us. Such a good mouse. The weight, look, two settings for scroll, side buttons and instant DPI change buttons are great.
Een momentsleutel, ik zet te veel dings vast aan auto's op goed geluk. Bij deze zou dat minder moeten voorkomen Ineens ook maar een goede doppenset gekocht die past op die momentsleutel
i have one to. Owned it now for some time. I just wonder why anyone needs those dpi changing thing. It's at full dpi 100% of the time here. Just lowered windows mouse sensitivity to near nothing. And put the sensitivity ingame back to normal numbers, like around 5 for the source engine.
It's better to make Steam games read the raw data directly from the hardware rather than through Windows. Instant DPI change is useful in TF2 for switching between Sniper and Soldier, for example.
Right now I use the dpi buttons on my imperator to set it to 5600 in TF2, back to 1800 in windows and sometimes when editing (small slide buttons / keyframes etc) I put it on 800 or so to be able to handle things more precise.
