Old cars where there are little to no electronics to go wrong and parts are easy to source and dirt cheap. (AKA shitty cars; like mine) Do it.
Bought borderlands 2 aswell.. but no 5 euro discount! i did send in a complaint to valve, nasty buggers.
Though technically I didn't buy it, because it's for my brother and he paid, I did choose everything and ordered it, and also will be a large part of the assembly. Anyways here goes: Spoiler AsRock Z77 Extreme 4 Intel i5-3570 Asus GTX 570 Corsair Vengeance 8GB Seagate 2 TB HDD @ 7200 RPM OCZ Vertex 120GB SSD OCZ ModXstreamPro 600W Scythe Mugen 3 Rev.B pcgh-Edition Samsung Super Write master Speed Plus Driver Cooler Master 690 II Advanced Dell Ultrasharp U2312HM Razer Acrtosa Combined value is around €1300
Very nice! I have the arctosa, is a bit of a budget keyboard, would have thought he would have gone for something with cherry key switches if he was spending that much. BTW did he get the black arctosa or the white? I made the mistake of ordering the black one first time, had to send it back as it is black lettering on black keys...
Well, at first he said his budget limit was 1k, so he was already spending over budget. He didn't want to spend too much on a keyboard. He currently has a 5€ wireless thing from Medion, so it's enough of an upgrade. And we went for the silver one, to avoid the black on black.
Well you should have chosen cheaper ram and gotten a vertex 4 instead. But else its a pretty decent setup
Difference is price is no more than £10 on most websites, building a rig like that I would rather have better looking ram with a heatsink than budget Kingston for the sake of a tenner.
MMm maybe, SSD's are still not worth the money IMO, I'm waiting till they drop some more and sticking with a high capacity HDD for now. The extra speed is nice but not justifiable for the premium.
Only ones on the entire site I could find that were UK size 14 (EU 50 I think) Always thought DC's were pretty sexy but could never find any that were big enough for cheap enough but these were in the sale for £28
